Saba’s Mobile Notary Service is located in Carrollton (Denton County), Texas. I provide general Notary Public and Loan Signing Services to Individuals and Businesses.
Commissioned by the state of Texas, Bonded and Insured, I’m an independent professional traveling/mobile notary & certified notary signing agent available to handle your notarial needs on a regular basis at a time and place convenient for you.
I travel to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Doctor’s Offices, Schools, Attorney/Lawyer’s Offices, Correctional Facilities, your job or residence, Title & Escrow Companies, Mortgage Companies, Real Estate Offices etc., on an as needed/per request basis.
Travel fees apply if I travel to you and are in addition to notary fee(s) during business hours, before and after business hours, Holidays, Saturdays & Sundays.
I am not a legal representative of either the borrower or the lender and therefore cannot and will not render any legal advice, nor give any opinion of the loan or its terms during the course of the loan signing

Special Instructions
•Proof of identification is required of ALL
signing parties.
Valid forms of identification:
State or federally issued identification card
Driver’s license, passport, military id or any card containing a signature and photograph issued by a state or federal government office. (If signer is an Inmate then, the Inmate ID card can be used as a valid form of identification).
The card should detail eye and hair color, height, weight and date of birth. The ID card must be current.
•All signers must provide their signature and their thumb print for the Journal of Notarial Acts for every document notarized.
•The document(s) to be notarized MUST contain notarial
wording: otherwise YOU must know and convey to the notary what type of notarial act needs to be performed.
•All parties must understand what they are signing and doing so of their own free will.
•Notaries are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of documents they notarize. Notaries certify the identity of signers. The signers are responsible for the content of the documents.
•I CAN NOT explain the documents needing to be notarized.
•If witnesses are required please make arrangements to have them present.
•Verbal oaths will be administered to each signer.
